Follow up warranty claims internally with concern department.
Support clients for non-Demag products services and parts
Obtain enquiries and study their documents.
Obtain offers from our suppliers and prepare tender calculations and
evaluations.
Discuss and negotiate client about technical specifications
Review spare pans sales for last two years and then classify
them into grades as per their consumption rate.
Recommending stores and purchasing department about lower
storing level for critical items.
Classifying clients as per their consumption into levels of priority and
encouragement.
Improve sales efficiency by shrinking spare parts leadtime and
reducing sales prices as a result of reduce overseas shipping cost.
Analyzing each job order with contract department, creating
exploding drawing and time schedule chart represents manufacturing
progressing, installation steps and delivery time.
Estimating required materials for each job. Categorizing them into
groups depending on their lead time, availability, scheduled time to
use and are they general or special materials.
As per done jobs time charts and approved installation time. Materials
demand and consumption charts done as monthly reports.
Consumption charts, supplier lead time hint suggested low
stocklevelfor each item.
Prepare claims for rejected materials and follow up with suppliers to
settle the claims.
